This initiative is the namesake of Amelia “Mumma” Wilhelmina Elliott-Harvey (1894 - 1994), an Indigenous Caribbean matriarch from Chambers Pen by way of Askenish, who has proven an ongoing inspiration for our family because of her insightful knowledge, creative mind and adaptive capacity.
