Using eDNA to understand water quality and fisheries in the Penobscot Watershed

We will collect water samples from the Penobscot Watershed and use eDNA metabarcoding to analyze what taxa of macroinvertebrates and fishes are present in the river to inform water quality and fisheries management decisions
