Project details

Description

ENRICH, the Equity for Indigenous Research and Innovation Coordinating Hub, will be hosting a webinar series in 2023 focused on intellectual property questions from Indigenous contexts.

The webinars will focus on Indigenous languages and sound recordings, 3D replicas, and Tribal intellectual property codes and policies. These events are designed for Native communities as a knowledge-sharing space. Guest panelists will weigh in on specific tribal examples and legal experts will provide strategies and practical solutions towards Indigenous sovereignty.

These webinars will be recorded and made available on our website as videos. The audio from these webinars will be transformed into podcasts and used by NYU Law Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy.
