Description

An extensive photographic collection pertaining to the First Nations of the Northwest Coast. The collection was assembled as the research archive of Dr. George MacDonald and Joanne MacDonald during their long careers in Canadian archaeology and anthropology. The collections contain historic in-situ photographs of Coastal First Nation's villages and towns, photographic records of Coastal First Nations belongings held in museums around the world, and a variety of media and ephemera relating to George MacDonald's career.
