Comparing eDNA and Specimen-Based Sampling for Biomonitoring in the Penobscot Watershed

In partnership with the Penobscot Nation Department of Natural Resources, we conducted two research projects across 2022 and 2023 to compare the biomonitoring effectiveness of water eDNA samples to traditional specimen-based sampling methods.
